  Horrible customer service. I took a bad fall there in the restroom where they had apparently just mopped however there was no sign standing up so saying that the floor was wet. An employee came in who had just mopped the floor to spray air freshener and I told her there was no sign up and that I had just fallen. After I came out of the restroom stall the girl and I think who was her manager was standing there and all of a sudden the sign was standing right in the middle of the bathroom. They claim the sign had been there the whole time that I just missed it. giant lie... I would have had to walk sideways past that sign in order to get to the stall and I'm on crutches so I took I took up most of the area was​ absolutely no sign up when I walked into the restroom. They had no apologies no anything as I cautiously left the bathroom so as to not slip again. I called them the next day to make an incident report as well as going there corporate headquarters and they said they would look into it. Several days went by the person who was at the headquarters and she said they found McDonald's to not be at fault for anything and that the employees have the sign was standing there so it was my fault that I wasn't more careful they said. Bunch of BS I will never eat at McDonald's again nor will my family or friends because of this horrible customer service and essentially calling me a liar. Bye bye McDonalds!!
